| About Heart of the Wolf Organization Heart of the Wolf Organization was established starting as a solo operation 2004 and before that a small group on Yahoo. Then in 2006 became an NGO, created by myself (Mike Wagner) Now it's an NPO. To learn more go here. |
| What Heart of the Wolf Organization Does? Our mission is to get humans to live with Wolves without killing them or oppressing them. We also promote the adoption of Wolf-Dogs and Native American Rights, as well as other causes. You can check out our MySpace page on that. For details on how we are fighting against the oppression of Wolves that they face, go to our news section. Currently we are running a campaign called 'Music to the Wolf's Ears Campaign.' It is designed to get support from the music industry and sell sponsored CDs to raise funds for our group for further projects. For more information go to the Music to the Wolf's Ears Website. | Update: 8/2/2010 This is an ad for the new film that's coming out called Alpha & Omega. As you can tell it's about wolves. And from the trailer, about their trials and tribulations they face because of man in the wild. It takes on the socio-political roles placed on them through wolf management, and relocation politics. The film also talks about as our developer pointed out, how they are unfortunately hunted in Idaho. It's for all ages so see it when it is released September 17th folks. Click on this image to the left of here to go the official site to see the trailer and the neat interactive website. We were also in Nat Geo July 2010. I scanned the letter that I wrote that made it. Thanks Nat Geo! ~Mike Wagner-- Founder and Exec. Director of HoWO |
