RESCUER CONTACT: please contact Maren at denaliphotography@mac.com Danica is an absolutely beautiful 6 yr old low content wolfdog who was rescued from a shelter in Utah and saved from death. She is very healthy and youthful acting and is currently in foster care in UT. Danica is a very sweet girl but is shy with people until she gets to know them....she is spayed, current on her shots, crate trained and walks on a leash. She has a lot of energy and would love to be adopted by someone active who could give her lots of enrichment. She will definitely need secure escape proof containment. Danica lost her home because her family lost theirs....sadly, a very common scenario today. Danica would make an excellent first time wolfdog companion. She has had to be kept separated from the other foster dogs because she had kennel cough when she came out of the shelter so there will be an update once she is over that on how she gets along with other dogs.
