Various facts about their lifestyles such
as them hunting prey, being with pups,
and the pups themselves are showcased.

The photographer talks about how he took
pictures of the wolves and the various
photographic methods to doing it.

Unfortunately the article highlights also
how 10,000 wolves per year are slaughtered
in connection with hunts and to 'prevent'
livestock issues. Which we all know livestock
issues can be prevented with non-lethal means.

Still check it out if you can, it is available
at certain Barnes and Noble stores, and of
course online and booksellers.

2) This month's Scientific American Mind has
an article written by Prof. Marc Bekoff and
Ethicist Jessica Pierce.

It's called The Ethical Dog, and it has to do with
how the keys to the moral parts of humanity are
within canids like wolves and coyotes.

And it gives tips to follow for ourselves on
how to be better role models.
