Allen Christensen, R-North Ogden created a bill to murder or capture any wolf that enters the state of Utah. http://www.ksl.com/?nid=148&sid=9408565 He even said this recently: "I'm at the top of the food chain, and I intend to stay there. That is an arrogant statement. Absolutely. But I believe it wholeheartedly," he said. Although the probability of this passing some say is low, I would definitely not bank on it. Even if it doesn't, it's a rallying cry for an industry and people who already hate the wolf. We have to take action now. We must stop this now. If the fence isn't built, the wolves will be executed.
