He knows many methods exist that prevent livestock depredations without murder. Livestock dogs, Predator Friendly Ranching and more exist, which he always ignores. http://www.heartofthewolf.org/source.html http://www.heartofthewolf.org/books.html Wolves are not free, and wild. In fact, Ed Bangs and the USFWS have wanted to Wolves delisted from the ESA when Wolves have only returned to 15% of their former range. Is this accomplishment? Is this return of the Wolf? Is this a change in perspective about Wolves? No. The face of the oppressors of Wolves change. The USFWS and DNR's around the country only think the way for co-existence is control, management, and murder to preserve a false pretense of peace. Instead of educating the masses, they prefer guns and ammo, collars and control instead. Fear making hatred and suffering that they perpetuate. As Ralph Waldo Emerson once said: "Peace cannot be achieved through violence, it can only be attained through understanding."-- Ralph Waldo Emerson As a result, this article leaves out much in the real perspective of what the Wolves face. And what their future is. Sincerely, -- Mike Wagner Freelance Wolf Activist http://www.heartofthewolf.org "All truth passes through three stages. First it is ridiculed.
