Government Agencies and some Non-Profit Organizations are not the only forces that are the enemies of Wolves. Not all ranchers hate Wolves, but there are many ranchers that either hate them and want them dead, or there are those who don't know about peaceful ways to live with Wolves without having them murdered in livestock issues. Heart of the Wolf Organizations mission is to get Humans to live with Wolves peacefully and this includes Ranchers.
