SPIRIT OF THE WOLF SUPPORTS THE MURDER OF WOLVES
"He does not believe who does not live according to his belief."
Thomas Fuller
I recently went to the local Barnes and Noble and checked
out the discounted book section. I saw the book
Spirit of the Wolf. I was familiar with one of the authors,
Monty Sloan, which people post his pictures on my
Myspace Profile every once and awhile. The other author
was Shaun Ellis.
I looked through it and saw the section called 'conservation'.
Having a bad feeling about it, I decided to flip to page
248 where that section was.
To my horror, I saw in a paragraph mention livestock issues
and how they support the slaughter of Wolves in livestock issues.
This is even after they blast the Government of the U.S.
in the past for slaughtering Wolves, and yet they endorse
current Goverment policy on slaughtering Wolves in livestock issues.
..'and there are increasing numbers of gray wolves in the Northern Rocky Mountains, spanning Montana, Idaho and Wyoming. These re-introductions have not been trouble free as some wolves have attacked livestock and have had to be removed by the US Fish and Wildlife Service.'
I was once again stunned. Another group of so-called Wolf experts
and personalities support the murder of Wolves in livestock issues.
It isn't uncommon. The author Dough Smith of Decade of the Wolf: Returning
the Wild to Yellowstone, who greenwashed by promoting Wolf Murderers as heroes in that book,
supported the annihilation of Wolves in livestock issues in August.

David Mech, another so-called Wolf Expert, too supports the murder
of Wolves in livestock issues in his book Wolves: Behavior, Ecology, and
Conservation (pg. 336). And Non-Profit Groups like 'The Wolf and Wolf-Dog Collective', support these people, claiming that by 'dealing with the Devil', that that is the right thing to do. It isn't. This movement isn't about winning, it's about doing the right thing, which Ellis, Mech, and their supporters like TWWDC don't do.
UK Wolf Trust too supports the murder of Wolves in livestock issues
and those in the USFWS like the notorious Carter Niemeyer.

And now we have this. Monty Sloan works for Wolf Park Organization.
Although he claims to have enthusiasm for Wolves and such, he willingly
succumbed to the idea of the murder of Wolves in livestock issues.
Shaun Ellis is touted by one UK paper as being a 'Wolf-Expert'.
He works for Wolf Pack Management, which definitely shows the perpetuation
of the idea of conservative values of Wolf Conservation.
You can't be a Wolf expert or support them if you want them murdered
for a false peace. That would be like saying that you support AIDS
prevention but you are more than willing to not support the current
treatment of AIDS patients so they will die.
Much proof is offered on the value and merit of Non-Lethal Methods
Only and Predator Friendly Ranching.

WHAT YOU CAN DO?
1) First don't buy this book. Supporting it supports the war
machine for the oppression and murdering of Wolves. Supporting
also these individuals probably isn't a good idea at this time.
2) Contact Mr. Ellis and Mr. Sloan about this and tell them about
Non-Lethal Methods and PF Ranching and why it needs to be supported.

Feel free to write about the need for Non-Lethal Methods and PF
Ranching and how it isn't mentioned in this book at this url below:
Only through peaceful co-existence can Humans really live with Wolves.
'A Man Among the Wolves', was released on
released on DVD awhile ago.
Avoid it.
Shaun Ellis, the man in the
video, supported the destruction of Wolves in livestock
issues in Yellowstone in his book, Spirit of the Wolf.
The rituals he does to 'live' with them are bizarre,
and the fact the 'pack' he lives with is all-male, is
weird too.
